Y do so many people jock the ak47?
its an overpower weapon,an everytime someone says something about it they say" it takes skill to control the recoil" but thats the only thing they can say. Way too many people jock the ak47. If anyone was offended sorry didnt mean to offend u (dont take this as disrespect :P ).

Spraying is amazingly easy (except with the AK47-Knife) but when it comes to long range you do need skills.

AKs need to be powerful but they also pack a lot of recoil. The reload is badass, and a GSG-9 with an AK47 is the scariest thing ever. No racist.
Btw if a guy with no skills uses the AK47 he wont do shiz with it. Believe me. Unlike the M12s...he'll get 26 kills in -10 seconds. -

yeah i have no idea where people come up with ak47 taking skill.
it is OP, especially the varients. Recoil is a stat you can control yourself. so really the only thing that is bad about the ak is that it's heavier than other rifles... barly..
All bull pup rifles + g36k/74 are way harder to use than ak.

AK spray = win all day? ... Let's see you take A long at BW, or pick mid doors with that "Spray all day" BS. A good player will just tap anyway, you can spray any gun at close range and it only does like 7-9 damage more per bullet than most rifles anyway.

Well ok, let's count what people consider OP nowadays :
- Scar Light (ok)
- M12s (obvious)
- AK-47 (wdf)
- K2 (wdf 2 : the return of wdf)
- most ZP weapons (true but you get what you pay for)
- Dual Desperados (wdf 3 : the revenge)
- XM8 (just because of the wall bang)
That doesn't leave us a lot of guns to play with does it ? Let's all play with M4A1 or M16 only then, that will solve all the problems (until M4A1 becomes OP too of course).
The AK is a very good weapon, but not OP. Put it in the hands of an average player and see how he performs. He will never be as good as with a Scar L or an M12s. Even at short range, I sometimes get sprayed and receive little to no damage (Pulp Fiction-like).
If you say it's OP, you're obviously good with it. But if you're good with it, maybe any weapon you are used to can feel like it's OP.
