When running Fraps. What is the optimum settings to use?

My PC isn't an issue as to what it can handle.

best settings in game

60 fps, and when you go to sony vegas or any recording program don't render clips as 60

wait as anything below 60, like if you record in 60 edit/render in 60, same with 30 etc.
