Please delegate BAN rights

Dear Z8 Admins,
If you didn`t have people resources for review all reports and didn`t have money for sallary, may be You delegate ban rights for "old" and "Honorable" players.
You have information about HONORABLE players. Please make new functionality on Forum. And collect information for automatic BAN for these @#$@#RSA#@%@! hackers. I`m old player, more 2 year in game, аnd 38 year in Real Life.
Why should I spend my nerves on the experience because of hackers in the game.
Give to the people, though, would be limited ability to block these noobs hackers. Though, would be a hacker to 2 per day. And OLD+HONORABLE players (20 ribbons and more), the effectiveness of any protection will help in cleaning up our beloved game.

Create a separate section for reporting proven players (replay needed). If anyone of us will make unreasonable blockage, it can itself be blocked forever administrators Z8. And the best payment for our work will clean the game from hackers.

All in fact so simple!

    Why should any of us trust you, or any other "old" player, to not block us without reason?

    Even the most respected of players have been caught out in this game, there's literally 2-3 people I'd trust, and all of those are already forum Mods.

    Why do not the reason I did not say without reason. Rules - the same as "sсreenshots and replay required". But our reports would be taken automatically.

    And if a respected player at least once was banned for something, then he will not have the title (ribbon) HONORED SOLDIER. And then he loses that right.

    But one unjustified ban - the account SOLDIER HONORED to be the same blocked.

    And to you dear CookieMunzta (if you're not a hacker) fear the ban is nothing. It applies only to hackers.

    If there would be someone I would trust with this, that would be moderators. And even then, I can name some of them wich weren't performing quite as Z8 and the community needed them to (won't call names, sorry). It's simply not to be considered.

    Well guys, I look lonely cry hackers. I'm not asking for a magic wand for BAN. I am on the day of the game I notice from 2 to 5 hackers. I save screenshots and replays. Write reports and post on a support. I check these accounts by a week or two, do these guys still in the game and not banned.

    What's the problem? The problem is trust, or thirst for money? Maybe this young hacker - donator. And the Z8 is afraid of losing their 9-17 bucks?
    You can call me a farmer, I'm not angry at inadequate.
    My answer is simple I work and have money for + EXP in the game. I do not ask parents for money for the game.

    I spend a CrossFire of 3-5 or more hours daily.
    And I hate hackers. And I'll never use cheats for your favorite games. To any defense is always a make hack, it's just a matter of time.
    We have a saying - Do not have a hundred bucks, but only have a hundred friends.

    Z8 must create new reporting system for HONORABLE soldiers. And players report storage for automatic BAN. Maybe Z8 didn`t have people resources for control SO MUCH MORE MORE hacking reports.
    Why not introduce a new ribbon and the title of "Gaming the auditors. " And let HONORABLE players fight for the "clean hands " in the game. Reporting system in the Z8 discredited long ago. We players do not believe that the hackers just off with BAN.
    Today many peoples already think that the Z8 itself distributes cheats for pumping more money from the pockets of idiots.

    All the same, I have no idea who you are, and I still don't trust most anyone in this game, to not get angry and report me falsely.

    I agree that there should be mod-like players, but not based on the honor (horror) system.
    The honor system is a fail. I have 2.5 K/D ratio and around 2.0 W/L ratio and my honor is average because of that sh|tty weekend after the HM patch where I got DCed about 30 times...and guess what: they all counted as desertion.
    So no horror system-based powers.
    Maybe LT+ accounts should have a voting power of 2 or 3 votes instead of 1. That'll be a half of quarter of a solution.
