My ticket has been answered
My ticket has finally been ansewred and they were asking for my 2 last trans IDs. I'm not sure but I think they're mentioning the 2 last account names, right?
Btw, if I add a note to the current ticket will they read or do I need to send a new ticket? Cuz this ticket status is replied. I think I should sent a new ticket or shouldn't I?

Ok, these posts are really getting away from the point of these forums.
First off, you ask for closure on threads and then start new threads to continue the same post from before.
There is no one on these forums that can help you with issues that you need to take up with support. We're happy you got an answer. Everyone gets their answers from the support system at some point in time. There is no need to keep everyone updated on the status of an issue they have no idea about.
You can continue asking further questions through the support system and they will answer them in the best way they know how.
Further posts of this nature will be flagged as spam and trolling and you won't like the outcome.
edit: If they ask you a question about information and you are unclear as to what they are asking, just reply and ask them to clarify. Don't come to these forums asking those questions. -
