Its just a question which hasn't yet been answered (fully). I just want the GMs and devs to take a day off from their jobs...and see how bad the situation is. Is that really too much to ask?

Do what I did... I joined a fun clan like meta, where we make private rooms and it's usually 10-16 ppl in that room of just our clan.
Join clans like meta and big clans is a solution. I alreadyy got like 4 hours down with meta. Hero mode is fun with them

The point is we don't want to join big clans for the purpose of just playing for fun. We just want to know why hackers are out of control. 1 shot killers are like, 5 in every room. What's up with that? -

Sorry for complaining but do they think playing 50 hours, hell even an hour, is hard with this community? You get kicked for being better. If you type "l0lsmilyface hacks" your team will kick you without any proof. They'll just believe that little moron and then you'll lose the time you spent on that game. Plus there's the hackers. Its not bad, at least its better than when we had gameguard, but it's still not purty :S
Again, sorry for being such a baby...I just got frustrated because they might think playing this game isn't hard when they actually don't know how horrible, annoying, and rotten this community is. I'm the same right now since I'm complaining but...just saying.
I like how last time they reduced the requirement for the ribbon into half since there were a ton of issues...but do you guys think they should reduce it a little bit more? I can easily play 2 hours a day IF this game was enjoyable which it isn't atm.

Hack patching is beyond Z8's control... XTrap are currently working on a patch for this hack at the moment.
Like Saidin said, things cant be done at the snap of a finger... if you dont like the average timeframe for a hack to get patched then leave... its the same everywhere else.
Granted its taken a little bit longer but all Z8 has asked from you is a little patience and to play with friends in the meantime... and you rip on them for that?

Wait it out... play SnD... play in locked rooms with friends and you wont have to deal with the hackers until its sorted. -

Yea, we feel your pain, happens the same to me, got kicked cuz i used m60, got kicked cuz i used Kriss, got kicked for being ACE in SnD.
Lately i've been playing with other 3 clanmates, which F12 to help me, and I help them. ***ing QQers, im gonna screenshot them and post here on the forums.

Ok, what have we asked Z8 that they answered us ? Suggestions ? We basically make them for nothing since we get absolutely no feedback. Nerfing ? Almost everyone complain(ed) about Shovel, Scar L and M12s but what's the official stance, they don't want to fix/nerf them ? they can't ? No answers (although not nerfing them is kind of an answer).
The most irritating thing is when A LOT of people ask for something, and we get absolutely no answer. A clear NO would do but most of the times we get nothing. Sometimes, it really looks like the GM simply ignores us since they keep doing event on forums, posting news, etc.

That's supposed to be a granted. Patience is a virtue, not something that everybody has, but not something everybody likes. You have to learn to be patient. XTrap is working on a patch, as Giggletron said. A post by a moderator is just as promising as a post from a GM if the moderator has his facts right.
Also, announcements for free items help everybody, us, and the partners. More money, means happy server host. -

You have made some good points here and displayed it in such a way that it isnt rage, moaning, threatening or hating. Fantastic.. precisely the way people should conducted themselves when requesting information rather than shouting and insulting.
Unfortunately I cant answer for the GM's but we (Moderators) are the "inbetween-guys" so to speak. We are the connection between you guys and the G4Box staff. Our information comes from them so the information we give on the forums are essentially official. Much like a spokesperson for a celebrity. While we may not be the person you are looking for, we relay the information that you are from that person, for example Saidin.
For instance, you may notice that we are constantly telling you guys that things are being done, while it may not look like it we are given the necessary knowledge to convey that to you guys as official information from them. GM's cant reply to ever thread complaining about hackers saying the same thing over and over... theyre just too busy... thats why we're here.
About the suggestions.. They are looked at and if there is sufficient details to back up the reasoning behind a suggestion to make it plausible then it will be looked into futher. Scar Light and M12s have actually had modifications in the way of a rank increase. Obviously this isnt what people hope for but since this is as far as G4box can go with such "nerfing" this will have to suffice until weapon balance becomes higher priority again. As of recent, I think we can all agree that it isnt top priority.
In *******.. GM's do look at the suggestions. Whether people believe this or not is their problem... its just not publicly discussed.
I agree more GM interaction is needed as Saidin seems to be the only one doing so but they are just too busy with their own responsibilities in office to be dealing with whiney threads everyday -

I sit there and think, I wouldnt know unless I see him just because he gets a multi kill doesnt mean he is hack. I have to see it for myself.

I know patching hacks is never easy. They will never be gone and they'll get harder to patch as time goes by. I just dont want them to tell us to play in private rooms every time their patching works for just 1 day.
The thing is, if they want us to get the ribbon, they should first come and experience how bad the community is. How impossible it is to get the ribbon when you get kicked for the stupidest reasons. I can play with friends...no biggy, but after a while its going to get boring. Are we going to do this all the time from now on or what?

I guess its easier for them to try and instigate a kick then get some skill.

Thats what I do. If I suspect someone I will save and view for myself and determine on that if they are legit or not. -

When people meet hackers every day, they will doubt everyone they don't know hacks. It is another fact, that someone they know might hacks.
Take me for example, at the beginning, I don't even know there is hacks until I saw someone flying on sky in df2, but that is still ok. Then I play cs and found someone I think pretty good suddenly rotate fast to kill one that have not even seen (you know that kind of thing). So in cs2 I start to doubt if opponent is hacking if I was killed without time to response. I crossfire, at the beginning I am happy, it is so clean. Then someday I found so many hackers, that makes me doubt any over powered players.
Unfortunately, most of the time when I save a replay, it is really a hacker. I only have several replay that is too hard to say if it is 1 shot kill, or if it is auto aiming.
Yeah, my point is, it might be an aftermath of outbreak of hackers. So as l0lsmileyface said, you have to live with being kicked for no reason as you have to live with lots of hackers.
You are lucky that you still can finish one or two games. I was kicked by host at the beginning of game, after I entered the room at the end of last game and get 0 kill/0detah. So there is totally no reason at all. -

Like I said, I don't need the announcement myself. I know they are working on the problem. I'm just saying that, maybe, a message from the GM about the current situation where they ask us to wait could reduce the frustration (and the QQ thread that goes with it).Also, announcements for free items help everybody, us, and the partners. The reason I was talking about a GM making an announcement isn't because I don't trust the Mods. I know you're as official as a GM and I know that if you don't have an information you will flat out tell us and not start lying or whatever.

I know the good suggestions aren't ignored and I'd rather have GM actually work on bringing these in the game than waste time answering about them.
The point with suggestions is more : "is there really any chance that one of the suggestions we make here will ever make it into the game at one point ?"
This isn't even Z8's choice I think but a lot of people are sure it will never happen. I don't expect them to answer every QQ thread nor do I expect them to post messages daily but one big announcement could do. A sort of : "We know how bad the situation is, we are sorry, please be patient we are working on it".
They could even add a : "Oh and it's X-Trap's fault, bash this b*****d instead of us, thank you." :rolleyes: -
I honestly don't mind them closing the servers for a few days, maybe a week to get this straighten out a little. I'm sure you'd lose a few hackers along the way anyways if you did that. They can't wait to hack on a game that is down. They're pathetic losers, they'll find other things to do than hack on a game thats not even up and running.
SO, maybe close servers for updates/patches? I really do not mind at all. Take your time, go offline, make sure no one can get on the servers, close the threads, do the best that you can in that time. What do you think? -
