z8 ticket about account request information

More than 50 hours after i sent it and still no answer. should I send another one or just wait?

  • I posted about the IRC and btw some1 told me that if they dont answer me I should send another ticket. so... -.-' that's why i'm asking u what should I do
  • Ok well wait till it has been 4 days. If still no answer send in another ticket.

    Remember they are receiving 100s if not 1000s of tickets every day. it is a lot to get through

    Anyways, just wait, spamming Z8 with tickets will frustrate them.
  • 50 hours in an internet service world is actually not that long of a period. I recently sent something to the food network about their website last year and I'm still waiting for an answer.

    Times will vary, there are a lot of people who send tickets. And each one of them is answered. We understand your account information is important. But it is also your responsibility. And you are not the only person playing Cross Fire who has somehow lost their account due to the following reasons:
    You gave out your security information, including login id to someone other than you.

    You fell to a scam for free zp, or other such nonsense.

    You used a hack program or a "free zp" program that contained a key logger.

    You didn't remember your account information from when you made it (even though it clearly states you should)

    You shared, bought, sold or anything else with an account that is against the ToS but haven't been caught yet.
    Or any other reason that you lost your account, which would be 100% related to an action you took.


    The point is, losing account information is YOUR fault. And there are a lot of other people in the lineup. So just wait your turn please!
