Make a 3 rd and 4 th bag perm option

Just like they have a set amount of time that you wanna buy a bag for they should have an option for you to buy the bag permantely if they did that then I might be willing the pay the GP to perm it

hmm maybe just 1 more of the bags for perm for zp.. not enough permanent (no black market) items are perm... i can onlt think of the characters that are perm for zp...
