if someone hack.s. A permanent ban would be my suggestion.

I have reported two hackers and i waited for 1 week. Although they lost their honorable ribbon but the last played date both was march 2nd 2011... Why do only short ban like 1 week? Hack is the worst behavior on online games. I heard GM saidin said 'if they get 1 week ban, than they will not hack again'... how painful. 99.99% who got 1 week ban will hack again.
Just do the permanent ban if someone hacks. Then it will be easy for support and you don't have to look the account again.

(I hope GM don't do permanent bans because they want money...)

The MODS who have to watch the videos usually have to take their time. Just because you reported someone a week ago, doesn't mean they'll be banned today... The staff are constantly spammed with reports and false reports. Thing is, too many laggers and foreigners think most to all the low pingers are cheating so z8games gets spammed because of the laggers false reports...

Then you have some immature kids who think they own the place just because they've beaten COD mw on easy, all of a sudden, everyone but them hack so z8games get spammed by those ppl..

Then there are the legit reports... Someone said it in another thread that he reported 10 ppl.. Only the MODs know wether or not all 10 were cheating or if they're just really good players...

The 7 day thing is more of a security thing than anything else.
In practice, they're permanent if the person doesn't stop cheating, as he'll instantly be banned again fo an even longer period of time if he comes back cheating after the 7 days.
