Disconnection - Hack tool Detected

This morning; I've recently installed the new windows service pack update. Now when I go to play CF it always says I'm either DC'd or hack tool detected... I have a clan to run, I'd love to get back... I've never had trouble until now... Please help, thanks.

i had this problem at one point, i just left it for a few hours and it worked later that day, see if it works for you too man, hopefully it will

This is a very old never ending problem with this game. z8 hasnt came out with a fix. If you have DSL i would check your dsl filters to your telephones, change them out. This solved the problem for me.

windows firewall ports you must add and allow
You will need to add 3 different ports, but each one twice (one for TCP and one for UDP). The name/port/protocols are as follows:

Name: Crossfire
Port: 13008
Protocol: TCP

Name: Xtrap1
Port: 10009
Protocol: TCP

Name: Xtrap2
Port: 16666
Protocol: TCP

Name: Crossfire
Port: 13008
Protocol: UDP

Name: Xtrap1
Port: 10009
Protocol: UDP

Name: Xtrap2
Port: 16666
Protocol: UDP

Once these settings are done, you should be able to play Cross Fire without interruption. Remember, if you use a router you will need to make sure that these same ports are forwarded to your computer. I am occasionally available for help on the Cross Fire IRC channel that is listed in my signature.
