ZP Nades Still hack killers?

Just wondering if ZP grenades, like the heart grenade and so on, still kill hackers in one shot. I myself don't buy ZP, so I haven't had the opportunity to try it recently.

Also, does Hero Mode have something that stops grenade damage at the beginning of the round? I tried a wide grenade (from badges) on a 1 shot hacker, and I saw that after he killed me (as a mutant) that there was no damage. Or is there a "no damage" hack out as well?

For the record, this is in no way a QQ thread, just curiosity. I know Z8 & Co. are doing everything they can.

in hero mode grenades do nothing and only the special festive nades work
as well as the noob tube for hero
BTW if the hack.er is a mutant and u noob tube them they dont d/c BUT if they human they d/c

The no damage hack is a myth. What he could of been using is a lag switch since they have started to become more and more popular with people in mm/hm.

Thanks for the speedy reply. So in Hero Mode, if the Hero noob tubes the hack while he is still human, they get a client error, or something of the sort? If so, that is good info. And, do festive nades work outside of MM and Hero? As hack killers I mean. It would be sick if Z8 gave out some 7 day festive grenades to everyone.

the only nades work for me now are kiss nade and love nade, and they work wonderful in MM. I still don't know about the others.
For the HM, there are lots of mix up with the nades and the hakers. Sometimes, the nades make them d/c, either when they're soldiers or mutants, sometimes nothing happens. But for now, I only play in MM.

yup. i know what you mean. working so hard to get like 90-50 (cuz of the hacker, the deaths are high) when the hacker is 900-6 (which puzzles me: how do u DIE as a HACKER). also, did you guys know if you hack, you instantly learn portugese. Its crazy! idk why, but every hacker knows portugese. there must be a magic portugese gene in your body that gets turned on when you hack (sarcasm)
