I sent a ticket to z8 36+ hours ago and I didn't got my reply yet.

Do I need to sent it again or is it normal?

Can take from 1hr to a few days depending on he ticket. If it is a hacking report they might not responsed.

Like i say all depends on what you sent

Give it time they will reply

They say give it 2-4 days. If they don't reply send a new ticket.

Give ample time before sending a new ticket as a second ticket will result in taking longer.

i remember didn't getting a reply for 2 weeks...

doesn't really matter, as long as they recieved it...
