Can take from 1hr to a few days depending on he ticket. If it is a hacking report they might not responsed.

Give it time they will reply

They say give it 2-4 days. If they don't reply send a new ticket.

i remember didn't getting a reply for 2 weeks...

doesn't really matter, as long as they recieved it...
