No flaming please, just a resonable explaination
Hey there,
First of lets start with glitching is illeagal in open rooms (that is a room without a password).
Glitching is when you either by yourself or by getting pushed by someone else enter a wall or a box. Anywhere you are not suppose to be.
Most of the common glitching spots have kill zones associated to them. These are zones that take HP (health) off if you stay there. I think it is 20hp at a time.
I hope this helps you out.
Please dont glitch in non passworded rooms.

people glitched can still be killed if they're in a box. it's only if its a wall that they can't. under the map ones cause you to either die instantly or client error too.Glitchining is when someone go inside a box/wall or under the map, he can shoot and see you from there, but you CAN'T see or HIT him!
and lol, so much commotion over one video of me. -
I'll explain it the way that I see it and the way that I've seen it in the past and how it was referred to:
Glitching is basically going out of a place in which a player was not intended to from the beginning of the game, or a method that has been found out, but rendered to be a "glitch" in the system. For example, double jumping was a glitch that was found out a long time ago, along with bunny hopping. Double jumping onto green [most double jumping crates are generally a shade of green] crates was found, but was called useful because of the fact that it provides a bit of an advantage, but not too much. Bunny hopping is basically a timed jump. Also, has been deemed useful.
As for glitches in the map. A glitch in a map is basically a location on the map which you were not intended to be found on, or a location found by the public but rendered useful and legal [please note, legal as in league-legal]. For example, double jumping and running to a corner is considered an accepted glitch. There are box glitches [many versions were found out by Denxi], push glitches, and accidental glitches. Box glitches are getting box-shaped items [crates, corners of stairs]. I can't really tell you how to do it. Push glitches are when a character is pushed through a wall into a glitch area. Accidental glitches are when your model is moved by an interference [nade, or other teammate].
Glitching can be banned in public rooms if reported, but not in private rooms. How to prove that? Generally, private rooms don't have much players and nobody joins or leaves on a regular basis. Don't glitch in a public room, you will be reported.
If there are damage spots [you lose 20 HP over x amount of time]. That is a glitch.
There is also the one way window effect rule. If you can see them, but they cannot see you, it's a glitch. You have to be able to be seen, or it's deemed illegal in league play.
Same with the C4, it has to be visible [at least 1 pixel] so that other members can see the red "flash" it produces and can defuse it.pistolpacker wrote: »SO glitching is a hack?
Glitching is a hack in some circumstances, such as fly hacking in order to get out of the map, or using run through wall hack to get into a glitch.Glitchining is when someone go inside a box/wall or under the map, he can shoot and see you from there, but you CAN'T see or HIT him!
You can shoot glitchers if they are in wood containers or items. -
