That is why the person should still save the replay and they cannot sue if they're brs mainly cuz hacking is legal there
BUT if its like a low pinger like US or CA player z8 has the right to ban the player without evidence as the hacker IS breaking the law in-fact z8 may counter sue for what i just mentioned Hacking is illegal kiddies

MODs need more IG powers, to instantly ban a hacker that they spot. If they abuse it, just take it away. Why don't you GMS try it? Don't you trust the MODs? Isn't that why they're MODs?
mod's actually are only forum trusty worshippers that work for a greater good of the IF community, altough, the GM's should have a kind of IG mod, or mini-gm don't you think? ô.o -

yes, it is, and z8games could actually sue the cheaters/cheat producters with a heavy fine to them, so more money to them, i just don't know why they don't do that with all the big sites that distribue cheats

how bout a cheat/hack site report sub section for the sites that produce the noob hacks people would report sites there that produce the hacks and crossfire can go through all of the legal stuff and have the site shut down maby although i would not be sure as to how that would work out

Number One: A 3 day ban is useless. They require a hardware ban(Z8 games won't go that far because it interferes with past agreements they have made and it's bad for business).
Number Two: The support team is already flooded with hack reports every day - and most of those reports they don't even look at(this has already been proven many times).
Number Three: There aren't any reputable people in this "community". If this were to happen the people would be hired by Z8 games (i .e. moderators or a part of Z8 games staff).

Thats too risky.. what if a guy was banned and wasnt a hacker? We still have to provide replays in the event the person banned demands the proof...
By law, Z8Games have to release that information should they request it -
i like the idea. of course it should be people, whose sight is not clouded by their blown up egos and hurt feelings. like if they are not 100% sure that someone is cheating, they would remain passive. evidence still has to be saved of course. if some guy is opening all three doors within 3 seconds in escape mode using a glock, there should obviously be unbureaucratic ways to get rid of him/her.
