The Obvious Hacker Banning Brigade (OHBB)

*Note: not another pointless QQ thread.

While some people who use hacks in Crossfire are subtle about it, most cheaters are blatantly obvious about it. People that can walk through walls aren't fooling anyone. One hit killing is not hard at all to spot, especially in modes like Hero Mode. While it is often hard to know the difference between a chammer and someone who can pinpoint in GM, 70% or more of hackers can be identified almost instantly, and one hit kill suspicions can be confirmed after 2-3 bodyshot kills from 100 HP. So here is my idea:

A small group of 5-10 mini-mods, consisting of reputable people from the CF community (Very well known forumers, WOGL players, maybe even a regular mod or two) that could just take down names of any blatant hacker they see in game. Any person caught hacking would receive a temporary ban, maybe 3 days or so, and if caught hacking by another mini-mod would receive a permanent account ban. (This would ensure that no one could abuse their power and perma-ban someone that they just didn't like, although there should be enough reputable people that this wouldn't be much of a problem)

If anyone in this group was found abusing their ban-hammer, an appropriate action would be taken against them by a mod, and they would lose their place in the group. This would be a lot more effective than only using replays to identify hackers: replays often make identifying actual hackers from the countless hackusations difficult, but an experienced player actually seeing someone hack in-game is very easy to spot. If each person in the group took action against 2-3 people a day, that's an average of 60 less hackers playing each day, with perma-bans on repeat offenders.

What are your guys thoughts on this?

TL;DR- Have some reputable people scout for hackers instead of only relying on replays.

Please note: I am not suggesting that anyone should grant me the power to ban people, lul. If reputable forumers got this ability, I definitely wouldn't be the first person to come to mind.
