I Heart CF Ribbon

I reported on the 16th that I still hadn't received the I heart CF ribbon. On the 17th I get a reply,

Dear player,

you have received the ribbon "I Heart CF", please check it.

I check no ribbon so I send screen shot, showing no ribbon 3hrs later. which was 12:30am EST on the 18th. just received a reply, 2/21/2011 2:09:21 AM

and we are sorry to say we cannot find any log-in information from that day.

THEY ONLY CHECK WHEN Z8GAMES is updating info. There is no Statistics right now at all I play everyday. I hope that i still get the ribbon.
But anyone else having this problem?
