I have not received Ribbon , why ?

I did all the missions and have not received anything about Ribbon

It takes some time to receive the ribbons, especially the hero mode ribbon as its manually done I believe. They could've either not of gotten to you yet, or you didn't fully complete the missions.

If I participated in the event and I did all of the events but I don't get the ribbon within the next few days is there someone I can talk to or show that I did the event?
