my leader told me that he have problem with clan name. he bought clan name change but he said he can't use it. why he can't use it???? is there a way to fix that? if so HOW?

he said he did that. he said its hasn't respond for months. he did so many times and get no respond!

Use a different computer. Maybe it might work.

tell him to try it with a different Browser, that maybe fixes his problem.
Otherwise -> Contact the Support - they might be able to solve that Issue.
