Hero Ribbon?

Yesterday i played almost 3 hours,not all the hours playing,but almost 1 hour surely.

In fact i did 1 hour and 24 minutes of ONLY Matches,but i still don't have the hero ribbon.

I went in my account and in statistics,and i have the proof.

What I have to do more?My friends had the ribbon,so i have to wait more or just open a ticket?

Yes, you have to wait. You always have to wait 24 hours to get your prize.

Help-me please!

Hello I have just begun cross fire or plutot I have just recovered there. I am francais and thus when I throw(launch) the game(set,play) all passes very similar when I throw(launch) a map but at the time of playing my screens become black, I just see my sight my hp and the names of my allies sometimes ca not beug not (tres rarely)
I give you my entiere confidence(trust) for éssayer to give me a solution...

yes a bunch of my clanmates and i completed the requirements for the hero ribbon and have yet to recieve them . gotta say that although the 100 kills on friday and the 1 hour of gameplay on sunday was easy , 10 rnds of hero mode was excruciating especially without a kick vote enabled . anyway i say give it another day then if still nothing happens put in a support ticket .

Although I'm not a mod what I wrote above is totally true. Wait and you'll get your ribbon. Nobody will run with it.

I won the ribbon Hero Emerges, but I didnt win seven days of the mutant assassin character.....

I have just got my hero ribbon.
So it should work, you only need to be patient.

But I haven't got the autant assassin character too...

the Crystal received two from friends of me and I who have played more hour's than they , i did not have crystal
