Anti-hack -.-"

It´s just useless to complain about hackers.
They won´t leave the game.
You will see me get kicked more often than hackers...just come play with me.

I send like 10 reports per day there, but STATUS is automaticaly set to CLOSE when i send it. They only answer on "Complains", but you can complain only 2 times. There I reported some "kickers". And I got 2 different answers:

First this, with 3 reports in same complain (noob kicker, insulter kicker and threatener kicker):

We are aware of the vote kick system being abused and being a bit flawed.
Please be patient with us as we are working hard on a new vote kick system.
Thank you.

And 9 days later:

Unfortunately there is nothing we do about the vote kick system.

This is form another complain:

We are always working to improve our services and game features including the vote kick system. We know that a small portion of the users are abusing the system and we are looking into ways to find working solutions to this problem. Unfortunately we have yet to find a better alternative that works but will be developing a working solution soon that allows players to still kick troublesome users but also is not so open to abuse.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

I answer to thisone, asking for the exp and gp lost on the kicks, telling them that there is more than one year I am reporting the noob kick system we have.. and their new answer:

Dear player,

we are sorry to say we are not able to recover the EXP, GP,ect due to being kicked.

sorry for the inconvenience.

And when you report a cheater you do not get any notice or any reward for your time, so we are like working for them for free.. Their human hack detector since they are not able to have a nice auto hack-detector..

Kicked and hacked all in 1 same game.. the only reason I'm here is ghost mode.. I wish another non-z8 would get this mode.. bye
