Fps

OK so before the 2 last patches, my FPS was always like 40 - 60. After those patches my fps dropped and is now 0 - 15 :$ Every game i manage about a 1 point ( bad ) because its a slow motiony.... Is there anything I can do to build FPS back? My computer has stayed the same, it started happening after the last patches. PLEASE HELP ITS SUPER ANNOYING TO HAVE TO FAIL IN EVERY GAME.
