Account Stolen.
My secondary account has been stollen. I sent a ticket to z8 telling them:
-Login ID;
-Last password;
-Last registred email;
-Security Answer;
-A saved game with it;
-The mobile phone number I use to deposit ZP and the last deposit
The account has been stolen by: [PT]BadWin
I mean, he was a friend of mine (i dont know him irl) and he appearently disappeared for a while from skype and some1 started to hack Desktop computer, like, the cursor was moving alone. And I usually use my secondary account on my Desktop. SO, I was completly stunned. He just changed all of my account informations. Then, I went with another new account to the room where he was with his main [PT]BadWin and he said: Hahaha, you liked it? Now you don't have an account!! Ahahah.
1st: How is it possible that he had the information that was my new low rank account?
2nd: How did he known that my account has been stolen?
Then, he logged in to my account -iSkill* and he started to mock me. Unfortunatley, I forgot to print it
Well, you think I gave enough information to z8 so they can give me my account back or will they let this go?

Z8 doesn't have to get your account back if they didn't want to. As in their rules they state, keep your account as secure as possible. Z8 isn't responsible for lost or stolen accounts. Don't download hacks next time, or don't give your info to others.

But anyway that is enough info, but whether the GMs want to be curious of giving you your account back is up to them, as they don't have to if they don't want to. It is your fault though for not keeping your account secure -

Seems like you dont know what a keylogger exactly is. He steals all your Pw not only the 1 of the Alts, doesnt matter on which ACC you play with it or without it

guess ur right. some of my friends used that acc sometimes . but REAL LIFE friends. not that guy. and he totally stole it. he logged in on ma face.

And thats another thing though, Z8 says also not to share with friends, even if they are your close friends. But anyway good luck sir. -
If you haven't lost your main account yet then just back-up everything on your computer and re-install it if you want to be sure. Next time if your on and for whatever reason he starts taunting you again, screen cap it. It would seem a lot more believable if you showed him saying "Goodbye to your account", "thanks for the account", etc. If you want to keep your main secure just re-install and remember be careful what you download

Downloaded something bad hosted by a CF gamer, you probably downloaded a hack.
You might have told him something like an e-mail which led to hacking.
Maybe trading accounts, he coulda got you something bad.

ikr.
i already ran anti-virus in both local disks. it detected alot of messed up stuff and virus and trojans and stuff like that..
right now:
