DO NOT get a Deathadder, or anything from Razer, for that matter.
If you run into any problems, the best help Razer Support will give you is a 'switch it off and on again' level of assistance.
I'm buying a Xai next week.Xai is amazing, I did hear its banned from some lans though? I don't know.
Only because of the built in memory, aka hack storage space

All mouses (mice) pretty much have the same features (if not slightly less than significant), maybe a button or two there, but that's it. Only feature you'd probably pay attention to is the DPI.
it depends on how you use the mouse
The mouse hardly makes you a better gamer...

Ergonomic design is big thing too, some people prefer comfort, some prefer a smaller mouse.i heared the xai has the exact aim, is like tastys M700ing?
It's even better than Tasty's M700ing. -
The Razer Deathadder is AWESOME. I'm nkt saying that because I'm a fan boy (I use a Roccat Apuri when razer has made a mouse bungee. Most of razer products are high quality thats why I like Razer, I only buy the best products not only razer).
Deathadder has an estethic right handed design with two huge side buttons which appear to be well-sized and not over size as you could think. Same goes for the mouse itself. Plus it performs better than the Xai and has curved click buttons for more finger comfort.
Settings? I've set all to max (3500dpi, 1000hz) and left the rest how it was when I recives the mouse.
But some people (random cf problem) gey wobly mouse mouvements at over 250hz.
I've tried many mice and Razer ones are to me the best (lachesis sux though). Especially the Deathadder. If you have money to spend go for Mamba but Deathadder is more than enough.
@Cookie:
I never had any issues with any of my Razer products. If you needed to contact Razer support it's probably because you put your mouse in your mouth thinking it was a sweet.
Btw I've bought:
Mice: orochi, abyssus, naga, Deathadder
keyboard: lycosa
mousemats: goliathus omega control, vespula, scarab
headset: carcharias.
I now use Carcharias, Deathadder, Scarab and Lycosa plus a Roccat Apuri. -

I'll never be buying Razer again. I've never had a mouse randomly fail on me. It's cut out completely, and it's not even that old. I look after it well too.
Not to mention the fact that Razer STILL haven't gotten back to me regarding a pretty large order I have with them (15 mice, 10 headsets, 10 keyboards). The discount was epic, but they're being gays in terms of actually arranging getting them delivered to me.
Also their support has given up on my Deathadder issue, they ran out of ideas after one suggestion.
Honestly, Razer have slipped dramatically since back in the day, the only reason some pros use them, is due to the huge sponsorship deals, and even then, SteelSeries has literally all the best teams on their books. -
Mamba? You're only saying that 'cos of its looks. It's wireless - NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
I have bought the Razer Abyssus mouse. A thick, swift mouse with BEST settings. Having a mouse with high settings indicates that you're a big headed noob who shows off because you just need one that suits you best! Not a bloody 6000dpi mouse!
I have bought the Razer Piranha headset. It's good to listen to music to! It's bass functions and it's clear and I can hear gunshots/footsteps precisely! It's stylish and has an LED function which lights it up! Not for looks, really. It was the best I could find AND I didn't want a really giant one. It is extremely comfortable as it has fabric padding on the top and ears, whereas other headsets aren't as comfortable cos they are undoubtedly chunky and uncomfortable. -
im going to buy the xai asap..
I laugh at you guys who think tasty is legit.
Search on.his youtube channel a video called Pretty boy swag or something like that (thats the name of the song used). He unscopes so many guys and the hack in that one is so obvious.
Plus in his M700 video on Forteress'es roof you may have noticed a few kills which weren't headshots and yet one shot kills.
May I add World Of Warcraft have two official Steelseries mouse (they fail, tried them and got them tested by a wow nerd) blizzard themselves said Razer Naga was better for wow so do the pros.
@Tomtomdam:
Orochi permormed as good as a wired mouse. Why wouldn't Mamba do so?
Anyway Deathadder is more than enough for any tasks. If you want a wireless sensation just get a Roccat Apuri it only costs 30€ on amazon and really does a good job. Plus your cords won't get wored. Or you could just tape the cord to wall which would prevent the cord for getting wored but would feel uncomfty.
Goes to sleep because only has 4-5hiurs before he has to wake up for school. Will check the thread and your odd answers tomorowwhen I wake up same for the hero ribbon (actually we already are tomoriw
)
