High ping but why?

Hi.

First of all, sorry for my english, I'm from Hungary.

So, my problem: My ping is high nowadays, but i dont know why. Sometimes it's 40-60 but most of the time it's about 240-260. It's strange 'cause i have 120mbit net and I didn't used to have problems with my ping. It's started about a month ago, but idk why. Pls somebody help. I tried all these porting and optializing programs but they dont work. Anybody have a clue/idea?
