Is my specs, and I'm getting like 20 FPS in a game with 10 people, when it's like 5 I get about 35, I used to get a smooth 50-60 all the time?

You won't need more RAM, 4GB is more than enough.
But CF doesn't support multi-core technology, so it's gonna be running at pretty much 2GHZ.
You still shouldn't be getting that low though, maybe try GameBooster.
De-frag your system too, and clean up your reg files. You could also try uninstalling some old unused drivers, but if you're not 'computer knowledgeable', just ask, and I'l guide you through the process.
EDIT: Wait, I've just noticed, these are laptop specs, right? You're not going to be getting half the same response from those specs, as you would if they were PC. -

Yes their laptop specs, but it was designed for gaming; 1200$.

Crikey, that's a bit much
If your laptop isn't too old, uninstalling old drivers may be pointless, as you'll only end up re-instaling them again in whenever you next plug the device in.
You may want to use software like Advanced SystemCare to fix your reg files, since finding your way through all of them could take all day.
