Gun Collector prob

Hi guys,i need help...4 days ago i get 25perm wep,but at now i haven't ribbon yet...this is my wepon list...double item count for 25perm wep?all say yes,but so why i'm without ribbon?:(
i have:
AK47-Scope 1
AK47-Silver 1
AUG A1-Camo 2
AWM 1
AWM-Camo(cupon perm) 1
Beretta AR-70 1
COLT1911 1
D.E-Scope Permanent 1
Desert Eagle 2
Desert Eagle-Camo 1

I think UPS doesn't count. I got 15 weapons with USP and i didnt get ribbon. Then i brought 1 more weapon and then i get ribbon.

My bro, get "Gun collector" ribbon with 25wep,but 2 of them is m16 and m700...he had 23perm wep ,but 1 of all type..so i haven't this because "gun collector" count only 1 type for all wep...so my 2 desert or 2 aug count like 1??that made me crazy :S
