Cant start the Game (not luncher prob idk)

ok so i just downloaded crossfire i instaled it and when i open it and press start game button it downloads some shi* then WHG game wacher shows up and loads all the steps from 1 to 10 and then nothing the game doesnt start its just like i havent done anything like wt.f??? help me please idk what could be the prob and YES i tryed to download crossfire and instal it again but the same prob ;(
