Saints?!

I was propositioned (whisper) by player sT*[ngo] of the Saints clan; he said he would give me 1000000000 ZP if I gave him my username, password, and my email address. Obviously he was trying to scam me, this type of fraud seems to be growing more common on CF. I believe Saints to be a reasonable clan and expect that this matter be addressed; scamming as I understand it can be a serious offence.

(This occurred on the West coast server on 27/02/11)

I'm not saying Gutted Salmon (Old school pros) where the scammers, rather the potential victims of a scammer in the saints clan (a promising group no doubt) called sT*[ngo]. Look at the screen shots for yourself, and then try calling BS on me. Or ask the GM's for a chat log or something to verify this, otherwise don't waste time with an idle opinion.

Just because it's common doesn't mean I have to accept it, there are plenty of hackers on CF at the moment; there's even a guy called Imabot1 lobby spamming a website that supplies hacks for CF, should I get used to that and accept it? Attempted fraud is not something I want to get used to on CF, I've been playing for some time now and I remember a time when this sh1t wasn't happening. Don't be an apathetic nihilist sheep, actually stand up for what you think is right and maybe together we can get rid of the **** ups that are ruining this great game with scams, hacks, and general BS.

I'm trying to draw attention to sT*[ngo] for his blatant attempt at fraud by using the forums (where else would be better, and frankly it is far from crying, don't act too cool for school), so that others don't get conned by him and more importantly so that hopefully this will be brought to the attention of the LT's and leader of the saints clan.
