missing letters

what the hell happened? third or mre time i get situation that i complete my daily mission i get 500 gp and letter of reward i close cf when i came back to game after few h i dont have copleted mission and letter i got is gone.... looks like i never completed mission but i do.......

i want my letter and gps back
