Free download = Can only record so much. When you buy it, you can record as much as you want.

so it would be like if you download it for free theres a minimum amount of vid that you can record?? but can you delete it and record again??

Like if it's a free version you can record (for example) max. 10 seconds, but if it's a full version you can record as long as you want. (taking you have the space on your harddrive)
