QBZ95 vs TAR21 vs XM8
Just interested to know what peoples views are. They're all ARs, all unlocked at the same rank and seem to have their own advantages.
For the record, I bought a TAR21. I think its a decent weapon - the zoom-scope is definatly useful for counter-sniping on maps like Columbia and Castle. However, I do struggle a bit with it sometimes and I can't help wondering if I would have been better off with one of the others.
I've used the XM8 a little too, enough to notice how good it is at close/medium range engagments. However, i don't think its as great at longer ranged firefights. Plus, the red-dot sight is a poor substitute for a zoom-scope. As for the QBZ95, i've hardly used it at all...
In any case, i'd appreciate anyone elses views.

The QBZ95 is a hard to use weapon, but it does high damage - it feels like a cross between the K2 and the M4A1. It's recoil pattern is strange as well, so spraying is a bad idea. Try and win it in a BM crate and give it a go for a week or so if you want to spare the GP.

well, for the tar-21, it's a decent AR, but it requires a lot of recoil control, since it got a high as hell RoF, for the XM8, just go wall****** people, it's godly up to medium range, then it's accuracy is gonna let you down...

nice SP, nice RoF, nice power, poor reload, but i can get cover ehind something to reload ^^ -

I wouldn't know, in my time in CrossFire so far i haven't seen many people using it. I've picked it up a couple of times, got 2 or 3 kills with it but I haven't used it enough to draw any meaningful conclusions from it
As far as trying to get a 7day one from the Black Market, my answer is no. I recently spent 20,000GP on a Desert Eagle-C crate with no success. A big waste of GP, and i'll be steering well clear of them in the future.
