Ok, I need to know if it count as 1 game if the game is on /9. Like the rounds chosen are 9 then the game end if it's 9/9.

You need to play atleast 1 round (even if it's the final round). If you join the room and the match ends, it doesn't count.

I know that but I mean if the games rounds are on /9, will it count or it will have to be /17?

9 rounds works also 17

Yes, matches with 9 rounds it will count.
