You do not get a perm or even a temporary m4a1-crystal from the ribbon, i should know, i have all but 1 ribbon, infact there is no such gun. The m4a1-s-c (m4a1-silencer(soap)-crystal) is 80 coupons from the black market, and the m4a1-c-c (m4a1-custom-crystal) is perm from the "my ribbons are made of crystal" ribbon which is earnt from 20 ribbons.
