not a GM but when you got 20 ribbons you will receive an additional ribbon which is called "my ribbons are made of crystal"
this comes with a permanent m4a1 custom crystal. i will have it on monday btw

yes, when you get 20 ribbons you recieve the "my ribbons are made of crystal" ribbon which gives you a M4 CC permanent

The removing of the 25 posts ribbon only got rid of the english speaking spammers fml
but yeah 20 ribbons I got mine

because i just got my 20 ribbons today, but i didnt see the m4 cc in my storage....

I think:

Dont worry, you have to wait 24 hours to get the crystal ribbon and youre new rifle.

i lost my military intel and my ribbons are made of crystal, but i still have my perm m4CC.
i just wonder if i'll get another m4CC if i get 20 ribbons again

You won't get the M4-CC the day you get your 20th ribbon.

The next day, however, (if you checked your profile on clan site after your 20th ribbon) you'll be awarded your 21th ribbon (My Ribbons are made of Crystal or w/e) and your M4-CC.
