They get plenty of reports all the time.
It takes time to go through every single one.
Imagine being one of the people who have to not only download the replay but have to sit through it to determine whether the person is really cheating or not.
These things take time.
Always have & always will.

so so true, i have made already many threads about this, but they say they are doing what they can, for me would be really easy, just be there, its your ***i.ng job damn it and benned all the mother.....s hakers, im so sick of them, not just on hero mode, but TD also, and a few otheres, i even have seen noobs anouncin webpages with hack and ll that on the normal chat, i mean comeon, just banned them, is it that hard, is for the good of ur game, if u dont do nothing people will just stop playing ur game, wich means no more jobs for u, no more money.....
theres a clan called CrAzY BoYs and the all hack, high ranks, i have reported them, but still i see them around doing whatever they want....

kill all hackers.... i think its better then report <.< if u report haker with gold account he taked ban 7 days !!! WHY???? WHY NOT PERMANENT (IP AND ACC)???????????

every time I see you play a hero mode hackker please you guys and can take and do not know if a bug because when I walk into hero mode do in the beginning of the first 17 rounds come in and see you until the end without turning hero match any BATCH
