i'm new in here! however, i cant log in CF because it annouced that my id has problem. i changed my password and i still cant log in CF

Are you sure you got the login right? both your account name and password?
remember that your in-game name is not the same as your login ID.
There should not be anything restricting you from entering CF unless you are putting down the wrong information to log-in or you have been banned.
