25 permanent weapons ribbon

I used to have 23 weapons then i brought 2 pistol and i got 25 weapons and i dont have my ribbon -.-". and some of the guns i ave like Dual Desperado isnt in my profile in the webstie. Please fix it cause it, its driving me nuts, cos i really want m4 crystal. Ok Thanks z8 =.="
