Black Market ZP

Hi,
Well I just entered CF. Seems cool nice welcoming tut, and was very helpful. I tried to win some box's from BM since I love the AK and that camo look cool. But I had to be a certin level to use the BM for GP. But is it the same with ZP at the first rank? Or can you buy ZP crates any level.
