1st:
It would be cool if we could turn off the chat cuz noobs spamming whole match and it gives me a lag. Like some option where we can turn off pub chat/team chat/clan chat

2nd:
I think it would be good if banned ppl for 7 days for punishment lose 1 of guns like they lose ribbon

What do u think?

First one is easy, press esc, go to block chat and block the player you do not wish to see messages from.

#1 you can block their chatting. Just press esc. then click on block chatting, then block the spammer.
#2 that would be a bad idea if people lost a gun or a ribbon for getting banned, because they work hard for that gun or ribbon. And also, sometimes noobs think someone hacks and they get banned for 8 days for no reason. So what if they lost a gun then? They would be mad.

You can disable/mute chat.
Not sure on 2nd one, personally banned people should be tossed to the curb like the trash they are...
