I am not sure but i think the Clan doesnt get deleted. 1 of the LTs get the Leadership, or the Member with the Highest Clanpoints but thats just a guess

Yes according to the Support pages leadership will be passed to the highest ranking LT and if there is no LT the leadership will get passed to the player with the most clan points.
