Is your graphics card an nVidia one?
If so, I got the answear.
Open up the nVidia Control Panel. If you got Windows 7, you get there by...
Start > Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > nVidia Control Panel

When you're in the nVidia Control Panel...
Find "Adjust Desktop Size and Resolution". Click it, then in that section, click "Use NVIDIA scaling'.

Done.

This may not work for everyone, but it worked for me. My Crossfire was working fine until I updated my drivers for my nVidia 250 GTS. That's when I started experiencing problems with the full screen mode on Windows 7 64-bit. I rolled back my drivers and it's working fine now.
If you have an nvidia card go into the nvidia control panel and under "adjust desktop size and position" select "use nvidia scaling"

So I made a little tutorial, because I found a solution for myself and I was bored/lazy to type.
