First of all I'd like to say that I do realize this has already been suggested in different forms, however I have brought it back up because one, Necro posting is bannable, and two this is a very important issues that many people have.
There is already a policy where if you are not satisfied, or simply wish for a refund on your coupon weapon, you can refund it fully by sending in a ticket within 48 hours of the purchase.
However, what if you didn't know about this policy or grow tired of it over time?
I'm suggesting that we have a separate, more efficient policy of where you can refund your gun. Definitely NOT a full refund, but a partial refund that can be done at ANY point and time, just like for regular GP Shop weapons. Possibly something like a refund for something worth less then the original purchase? Or maybe even get back half of the coupons spent on the item.
I have an M4-Custom, and I sent in the ticket about 1-2 days late because I didn't know about this policy until it was too late. And now it's collecting virtual dust in my storage.
YES there is a note somewhere saying that all purchases are final, and are you sure about this purchase, but this would be a great addition to the game.
Alternatively z8 could add an exchange system where you could exchange ZP and GP crate weapons with other personnel all over the world. This idea however, I haven't worked out everything.
Please add constructive criticism/comment.
[EDIT] Thinking on it now, my title wasn't really well suited for this. I'd like to remind you guys that I am NOT making another post about wanting gun exchanges with other players primarily. I am ONLY saying they(Z8Games) should attempt to think it through.

I understand what ur saying, mate. Of course it's a good idea but (and I'm sorry for being like this, mate) but z8 will never accept one of those proposals.
For a very simple reason; they want money
If you done it wrong u should've think bout that earlier - think that this is their policy, mate.
Ofc it would be a nice idea. But if u done a mistake like that, they think: what a shame, deposit more ZP.
I'm sorry for being like this, I really hate it but I think it's the truth.
It's nice 2 c that users have some of those ideas. But not in this [CF].

but youre accound must be min 1 year old because if not evry one will make new accound and exchange a (RPK for a m9) and stuff
GODAMIT, im not fkin talking about regular guns, I'm talking about CRATE GUNSSSSSSSSSSSSS such as AK Scope for Gatling or something like that. NOT REGULAR GUNS, THAT WOULD BE SO FKIN POINTLESS. -

Yes, but this would also satisfy the customers more, and eventually lead to them buying more ZP and that ALSO means more money for Z8, PLUS a higher customer satisfaction. -

I understand and agree with ya, mate. But they won't listen to us ... We can't fight against our "bosses" xD
I barely belive they even read suggestions.
Try to be patient because of the people who think ur talking about changing every weapons, mate. They're just too lazy to read the whole thread. -
Idk, they replied to my ticket saying it's a possibility to be added in the future. And unlike a lot of other ideas such as new guns/modes, this one is within reason, and can be added by Z8 without a HUGE Hassle contacting the other CF's. (Still a minor hassle, but still.)

i agree, exchanging guns with others will just cause more problems such as people making new accounts and just using the beginner gp to buy all their needs
Yes, but remember that i'm talking mostly about the coupon thing, and plus i meant gp/zp crate only, plus a level limit such as SFC to prevent people from farming.
