agree. the problem is how they would ban those who don't speak english?

i'm not saying they should ban everyone stat speaks another language, but if people just start talking some other language in chat all the time there should be something you can do against it.

The idea of putting ALL the people of a certain playing group on a specific channel and not allowing anyone else in or allowing them anywhere else is a bad thing IMO. I have been seeing alot more threads of people "concerned" because they did not see just asians on alpha 7 or someone who spotted someone playing with a STAR/SPOP on echo 8, claiming it is some kind of blasphemy.
I think we need to stop thinking about putting labels on people and start playing this game.

Its just flamers flaming. I just tend to ignore it even though I always want to say.. "Stop being a racist" or something along those lines. Its not like they ill learn from what I tell them.

they can't even handle the hacker reports...
we should be able to do like a ''pack of reports" and send to them,
i have like 10 reports to do but im to lazy
to send 1 by one.
but you know usually they curse you on their main language so i maybe you can
report for harassment idk. -
I'm going to say this about the whole brazillian thing.
I'm dutch, and i cant stand most dutch people in game.
ESPECIALLY when they find out i'm dutch and start speaking dutch to me.
I just don't like this for the simple reason that people wont be able to understand what the F i'm talking about.
I'm asian, but I use a German IGN.
I kinda laugh when people try talking to me in german/dutch (I can't really tell the difference between the 2, my german is more or less nonexistent). So yeah, I kinda mess with them by responding in some other language like japanese or italian or spanish.
However, I do run into situations where I'm doing great in a GM game (think 3-4 KDR), and people ingame assume I'm German/Dutch and initiate votekick. Or, more often than not, " FDP, Dutch hak, f11 f11".
Being asian with a german IGN is slowly becoming a social experiment for me. I'm betting if I used an asian-sounding IGN, people would still try to kick me but use excuses like "make teams fair/even" and not automatically hackusate (possible future social experiment ^_^). -

Maybe waaaay back in the day, the Dutch/Germans were the Turks and BRs of their day? I don't really know, I started playing CF towards the tail end of the Turks era, just before the EU servers were made. -
Its not a concept of having a server for NA-Brasilians-LAtins-Canadians....its about pings.
I understand that 75% of hacks in this game are used By Brasilians, turks and germans. But they are the ones that make the $$$$$$$$.
Now if u put a ping restriction for every server it would be the best idea Ever, it woluld be something like this.
Alfa----For all players
Bravo-NA
Charlie-NA
Delta-NA
Echo-NA
West-NA
MIami 1-Brasilians
Miami2-LAtins
UK123-For europeans
How would this help? No more complaining about laggers, more competitive playing, almost everyone talking same language.
This does not mean someone from lets say mexico cant enter miami. Tehy could if they are under the ping limit.
Another positive point about this is that Brasilians for example will have to deal with the way they behave and maybe they will start changing their mates to stop hack.
So lets not see ping caps like a difference between countries les see it like a ping difference.
In my case i play happy in miami (exept when brasilians are in the room) because I have less then 50 ping, in alfa im around 90-110, but when I enter Echo 8 I understand all those people with -15 ping see me as a damm lagger so I avoid playing there, and if I do im not gonna start like all brasilians calling some one lagger when they are the ones lagging.
You know what is really sad in the game? Entering a room with lets say 55 ping and finding 15 other guys with ping 200+. And thats not all...if u are ace for sure u will be kicked. If you find a 1 shot kill you have to stay quiet cause if u complain for sure u will be kicked, another thing they can insult you in portuguese and u cant complain cause they are the ones bringing $$$ to Z8 wallet. And of course u will have to see in clan chat all game long things like

nd tbh, i think its a good idea if people take a channel and set their own rules, there are still PLENTY of channels that anyone can go and m12s//spop in (i do this for fun :'D)

That would be amazing.
HOWEVER - (This is just using my knowledge in this particular area. No actual facts except for the IP address statement.)
What no one seems to understand is one SIMPLE concept. Ever keep track of the IP addresses on the servers through Xfire? Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, etc. are NOT stand-alone dedicated servers. They are virtual private servers on one central main box (server). They probably have one box for NA and one box for the UK. All the separate "servers" (Alpha - Foxtrot, UK1-UK5, South 1-2) are not REAL servers.
Now, with that said, they can ONLY put changes to the CENTRAL box which in result would affect ALL the "servers" (Alpha, Bravo, UK, South). They can not separately go changing each one, because they are not dedicated servers.
VPS servers are basically a cheaper way to go, instead of hosting one true dedicated server for each of Alpha, Bravo, etc --- They just get one central box and host VPS on them (kind of like hard drive partitions).
So, asking them to section off one "server", is feasibly impossible, if my assumptions are correct. Asking them to ping cap one "server" can not be done if each section is a VPS. -

I noticed a relationship between haks and ping. I've played with some legit players from Australia, and they avg. about 140-145 ping. Same this with a few BR, but they avg about 125-130 (don't really know the general avg., just the few that I trust). What I have observed is that majority of the hakers I've witnessed have 150+ ping. Maybe using haks lags you or something, i dont kno.
It's also my opinion that those 150-200 haks ARE NOT BRs, but rather NA players who then pretend to be BRs. When the haker ping goes past the 200 ping, then I start thinking they're from S.America.
And yes, there are other people from Latin America that hak. I've played against 1 from Columbia and a few from Venezuela that hak.
