honestly what mesures are you guys (z8games) are takeing about this, couse i have reported a few ones, and after a few weeks i still see them playing freely and with no restrictions at all....
honestly yes i know is a free game, but anyways theres people who spend real money on here and what they get in exchange, a game where almost anybody can and will cheat...
this sucks big time, couse i really like the game, but perhaps u guys should look for better/other company/s who can provide a better solution to this, its just simply stupid that after 2 or 3 days after tha game came out (new patch) there was even more hackers than before, and now in the general chat all the time i see people anuncing webplaces to download wallhacks and ****, so this makes me think.... is there any GM ever online, if i was a GM and see this i will banned this people inmediatly and forever, but yeah, thats just my tought, feel free to post whatever u feel about this.....

    honesty just use the search button, topic covered numerous times. they do what they can, it's not their fault. go pms on xtrap forums

    We've implemented an automatic ban system which recieves regular updates in an attempt to keep up with the cheats.
    We've made several upgrades to our regular report system to ease the reporting process.
    We employ XTrap who pushes out patches weekly if not more often to keep up with cheats and stability issues.
    We support organizations such as WOGL and ESL to promote legit competitive gameplay, both of which have their own anticheat so complement ours.



    But no, its not enough. Its never enough. But cheats are being handled from every possible angle, some of which I can't discuss.
    We're banning many, many cheaters daily, but they of course come back, or new ones come here. The ones caught by the automatic system are of course banned just as quick again.
    Its an ongoing progress and we try to be more preventive than just running behind them trying to catch up.


    Your reports should have been handled if the person wasn't already banned by the automatic system, and if the report was filed properly.
