Basically is saying that yeah Brazil is the 4th global hack center in the world
The top 3 are:
United States: 12% of the attacks
Russia: 8,9 of the attacks
China: 8,2 of the attacks
That's good for people who keep saying that Brazil is the very capital of hac.kers and stuff...

Unfortunately I'm going to have to close this thread, not because of the facts presented, but merely to prevent it from becoming a flame war.

To note, BRs or whatever are not the only people that hack and it should be remembered that case. There will always be cheaters in some country. We do not need to group individuals because of a few bad apples.
