Can I take back my purchase?

I had 19 ribbons, and all i needed was a 2.0 kd to get the m4 custom crystal. So I went and bought my self a kd reset with my BP. Only to find out the same day, that crossfire decides to take one of my ribbons away, and add a new one that requires 100k kills. So rather than start from scratch, id like to know if I can take back my purchase.

I think they have a message that says "All purchaces are final"... so probley not..

yea this is really depressing... seems a lot of people reset kdr after the introduction of 20 ribbions = m4cc..

I heard that you can take a purchase back only once per account, no more than 30 days after purchase, maybe this is just coupons.

yea they do it says All purchasec are final. meaning no refunds

No I mean that they would delete the ribbon and replace it.

If you complain on forums, z8 would ignore you

Instead

log into z8games --> click support --> click web form --> type - crossfire --> complains
--> enter your problem, tell them your login ID and your IGN, because they will need it, also, IF you got any screenshots as a proof of resetting your kdr, upload it to tinypic.com and send z8games the link of the screenshot

u have to activate the item in ur list of bought items, if u didnt good for u, if u already did reset, then sucks for u.
