I wrote two support ticket about one hit kill hackers. Then how can i find the hacker is banned or not. I have to know because the hackers are irritating.

it's not a hacker problem. I want to know if the hacker is banned or not. Think before posting random stuff.

They won't tell you if the cheater is banned or not (You are supposed to call them cheaters, I highly doubt they know how to hack)

They never ban a specific hac.ker by hand, I am 99.99999% sure about this, because, say they receive 10,000 tickets a day, and they review the replay and ban 10, it means 0.1%, it is close to black market gun, you get the idea? I used to see a bunch of famous hac.kers 8 months ago, extremely popular and advertising their ha.cking site and program and clan, tons of tickets have been sent by me alone, you know what? they never get banned ever!

autoban: yes, if they update x-trap, 100%

You go to their profile on the clan page and see their last played date, and if they have the honorable soldier ribbon. That's about the only indicator we have, and it isn't fully reliable. You can't tell the difference between a player that stopped playing and one who was banned.

not that it matters. they can just buy their accounts back. I reported this 2nd liutenant for aimbotting in Ship TDM last summer. all he lost was the ribbon and thats def not equal exchange for all the grief he's caused just to get his current captain/major rank.
