When I press "Start" This appears:

I think it is glitched or what ever if u download it from uTorrent if i am right, and if u did, download the East and West ones

I didn't download it from UTorrent, It was from one of the west and east mirrors, East I think. But right now I found a file named Patcher_CT, When the patches are downloaded, The problem may be fixed.
