No exp no gp __ nothing

After I finish a game the results dont appear. Loading results .... after a minute I am out of the room and I've got no GP or EXP. I've tried all Modes but it's the same. I hope you can help -.-
Re/Installed about 10 times -.-

Where are you from and what server mainly do you play?

Reinstalling might also help, try it.
