FFA/MM/HM modes do not have a kick vote option simply because people can't be trusted to use it properly. It would be solely used for kicking the best player simply because they top everyone else. It has been proven this would be the case simply by playing other modes.

But you'd be surprised how few hackers are actually in these modes to begin with.

It would get abused because all of the people under the Ace would want to get the ace so they would kick him. So basically it would be a kicking war.

That's so true, "people can't be trusted to use it properly". And the worse, we can really see it in the other modes. As I'm now used to say, just remove the kick vote system.
And for hackers... I think the Hero Mode is the "golden mode" for them, they can kill again and again the mutant (they aim bad, miss the head, mutant respawn). There are only few hackers, and they play this mode. I just play this mode sometime when I'm bored.
