Really? Would take 20 minutes to scroll and find the name of the hack to put up for kick.
20+ idlers on your team sounds fun too.
Cf has hard enough time banning 1 hacker in a game. Good luck having them review a game with 10 hackers in it.
50 noobs throwing smoke. Wheres the enemy.

I would have to agree with most of what's already been said. On the CF engine, a 100 player game would not work. However, on Counterstrike Source, there are 60 player games, so it is possible to create such a thing without worrying about lag.
The real issues would be hackers, idlers, and QQ-ers.... not to mention that it would be almost impossible to chat in game. A 100 player game would certainly draw in around 20-40 hackers per round. Another 15-20 of the players would be idle for most of the game. And of course you would have 30 or so QQing about some bull crap. It's all in the ratio. We see it in small scale when we play 8v8, just scale it up and you have a disaster at 50v50.
